TWO LOVERS
a choral work
In this short text, the shadow of a tall mountain overtakes two lovers as they lie in a field. As the shadow spreads across the land (indicated in the libretto by redactions) the vocalists cease to sing words until, one by one, the shadow overtakes them all.
TWO LOVERS was written for Nordic Voices and premieres Harstad, Norway, February 3, 2017.
